- Since we have limited no of rooms, reservation is based on the advance payment received.
- Bookings are reserved as per the number of people and days.
- 14 days prior to check-in date 100% refund
- No refund for cancellations made within 7 days prior to check-in.
- Partial advance payment is not entitled to any refund. In the event the guest has made an advance part payment, the balance pending amount is required to be paid 3 days prior to the check-in date for the booking to be confirmed.
- Peak dates such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year & other imp. dates etc, will be non-refundable / non-cancellable under any circumstances
- Full amount will be retained if the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days prior to check in.
- Full amount will be retained if customer fails to show up or incase of early departure
- One days amount will be retained if booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to check in.
- A fee of Rs. 1000 will be applicable on cancellation if the reservation is cancelled before 7days prior to check in.
